1General Terms & Conditions

OkBaazi is an online betting and gaming platform operating under an international gaming licence. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and OkBaazi. By using the platform, you confirm that:

• Online betting is not legally prohibited in your region.
• You are using this platform of your own free will.

Identity Verification (KYC)

OkBaazi may request a copy of your National ID or passport at any time to verify your identity. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete. This process is in place for your own security.

3Betting Rules & Policies

Please familiarise yourself with these rules before placing any bets on OkBaazi. It is your sole responsibility to comply with all betting rules and terms.

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled.
• If a bet is accepted at an incorrect price due to a technical error, okbaazi reserves the right to void or amend that bet.
• If a match is cancelled, abandoned, or ended before the scheduled time, the bet will be voided and the stake refunded.
• OkBaazi is not liable for any losses incurred due to network issues during live betting.

Odds & Markets

OkBaazi always strives to offer the best odds. However, odds may change at any time in response to market movements. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed are final.

Maximum Bet Limits

OkBaazi sets maximum bet limits across various markets. These limits may be adjusted if unusual betting activity is detected on any event.

4Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name are accepted. Third-party payments are not allowed.
• No additional fees are charged at the time of deposit.

Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• For KYC-verified accounts, withdrawals are processed within 1–6 hours.
• A wagering requirement must be met before any bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may be suspended and investigated if a transaction is deemed suspicious.

5Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Welcome Bonus

General Terms for Other Bonuses

6Prohibited Activities

• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Match Fixing: Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any event or using inside information related to it.
• System Hacking: Attempting unauthorized access to or modification of the platform's software or systems.
• Third-Party Payments: Using a payment method registered under another person's name.
• Underage Account Use: Operating an account on behalf of someone under 18 years of age.

7Account Closure & Suspension

OkBaazi may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violating any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• If false or misleading information is provided.
• If suspicious or unusual betting activity is detected.
• Failure to cooperate with KYC verification.
• Under a court order or at the request of a law enforcement authority.

Self-Exclusion

If you wish to close your account, please contact our support team. Make sure any pending withdrawals are completed before closure. If you want to close your account for responsible betting reasons, we can arrange a self-exclusion.
